Overview

Driver Hire Lincoln are looking for a Class 2 HGV Mixer driver to fill a full time permanent role for our client in the Lincoln area. The temp to perm position is over a period of 13 week period, then transferring onto our clients books on the 14th week.

Work Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional Saturdays based on a rota
• 06:00 starts
• Approx. 16:30 finishes (later finishes may be required)
• Local work
• Based in Lincoln

Job Duties

• Deliver construction materials to local sites
• Work closely with the distribution team to ensure safe and efficient deliveries
• Use local knowledge to plan and complete deliveries effectively
• Provide a high level of customer service on site
• Assist with unloading when required

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (C) HGV licence
• Valid CPC and Tacho card
• Good communication skills Customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience beneficial but not essential
• Safety boots and hi-vis required

First 13 weeks pay

• £15.00 per hour for the first 8 hours per shift
• £22.50 per hour overtime after 8 hours
• Engagement on PAYE Basis
• Weekly pay

Upon successful completion

• £34,954 annual salary
• Contracted to 48 hours guaranteed each week
• Time and a half overtime after 48 hours each week
