Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the East Midlands is seeking Class 1 HGV Drivers for long haul and local routes across the U.K. The role offers £18 per hour plus 28 days holiday per year pro rata. Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times between 18:00 and 23:00, averaging 10-hour shifts. Ideal candidates will have a full U.K. Driving Licence with C+E entitlement and experience preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Full U.K. Driving Licence with C+E entitlement.
• Minimum of 6 months U.K. commercial driving experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Do trailer swaps and trunking to various RDCs across the U.K.
• Long haul driving will be the main responsibility.
• More local routes may be required as needed.
