Job description

We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller / Reinsurance Accounting Technician to join a global financial markets trading company based in London, offering a competitive salary of £44,000–46,000 per annum.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the claims team by producing routine and ad‑hoc Management Information (MI) reports, dashboards, and detailed analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MI reports and dashboards.
• Deliver analysis on claims performance for internal claims handlers.
• Absorb and integrate multiple data streams into high‑level analysis using Power BI dashboards.
• Collate data from various teams for committee, board, and management meetings.
• Report running from internal claims systems and collate into high‑level MI pack/dashboard.
• Assist in identifying data issues, perform root‑cause analysis and provide solutions to improve data integrity and accuracy.
• Improve data integrity across claims, including performance packs and dashboards.
• Provide assistance for all internal/external audits of the UK claims function.
• Participate in internal system changes/enhancements and support any internal system projects.
• Assist in peer review report running and provide assistance with peer review results and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate quarterly reserve entry process.
• Own the daily movement report running.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of various SharePoint logs/trackers.
• Fully own the relationship with DXC and be responsible for all ECF reporting.
• Provide analysis of individual/teams’ performance through ECF.
• Maintain internal claims dashboards.
