A leading insurance services company is looking for a Customer Advisor to assist individuals with health insurance claims. This role requires great communication skills and empathy to help navigate the claims process. Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working, after the initial 18-week full time training period). However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract.
Flexible shift pattern between 08:00 - 18:30, Monday Friday and one Saturday shift every six weeks, 09:00 - 13:00.
Youll be the first point of contact for customers making a health insurance claim. Whether its booking an appointment, sorting out a bill, or arranging overnight care youll guide them through every step.
Youll help customers access the private treatment they need, from outpatient tests to aftercare. Youll also handle occasional complaints, with full support from your team. Its a role that really matters and one where you can make a big impact.
