Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years previous experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing site operations and personnel effectively.
• Understanding of construction standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the site/block to time and budget.
• Liaise with commercial and health and safety teams.
• Compile and issue weekly site reports to Project Manager.
• Ensure all safety standards are maintained on site.
• Coordinate labor and materials to ensure efficiency.
