Qualifications

• Minimum of HNC in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Proven history in civil engineering projects within a rail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Control safety, quality & environmental activities.
• Supervise site activities.
• Ensure delivery of works to program & budget.
• Produce Health & Safety plans and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct Pre-start site inspections.
