A public sector organization in England is looking for a Citizens in Policing Supervisor to lead volunteer initiatives and strengthen community relationships. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with policies, and enhancing volunteer contributions. Salary : £40,383 to £42,612 per annum

Volunteers are at the very heart of our policing community, playing vital roles in strengthening the bond between the force and the public we serve. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal position at the Strategic Area Policing Hub (SAPH), where you will shape strategy, drive collaboration, and champion the work of Police Support Volunteers and Independent Advisory Groups, among others.
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in leadership but also truly enthusiastic about working with volunteers; someone who values their contribution, inspires their commitment, and ensures their voices are heard.

Hybrid working is available for this role; you would be expected to work from the office 3 days a week, and are able to work at home for the remaining 2 days.
As a leader within Citizens in Policing, you will guide and support staff, empowering them to deliver meaningful impact across our communities. This is more than a role; it is a chance to influence policing, nurture dedicated volunteers, and help us deliver excellence in service.

Are you educated to QCF Level 4 or have relevant experience that would equate to this level?
