What is the Citi Black Heritage Network?

Our London Black Heritage Employee Network provides support to all employees, Black and mixed Black employees and Allies, celebrating the variety of experiences and perspectives of Citi’s global colleague base and creating opportunities for allyship and community. The Citi Black Heritage Employee Network has partnered with our Early Careers Team to host an insight program that promotes education, professional development and career success for the next generation of talent.

The Program

Our 3 day in‑person program aims to provide you with the opportunity for you to explore what investment banking is all about. The program will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you relevant skills so will be suited to those who are new to the industry.

We want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. Our Insight Program runs for 3 days and during this time you will learn more about the following business areas: Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets, Capital Markets, Services, Global Wealth, Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Technology. Following the program, participants will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn to be considered for a place on one of our 2027 summer analyst programs.

We want to hear from you if:

The program is open to all students in their first year of a three‑year undergraduate course or second year of a four‑year undergraduate in any discipline or Master’s course (graduating in 2028), and looking for your first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it.
