A national retail company in Arbroath is seeking a Christmas Customer Assistant to enhance the festive shopping experience. You'll engage with customers, manage tills, organize stock, and maintain store presentation. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and can work during peak seasons. This temporary role offers opportunities for growth within the company.
The salary for this role is £12.40 per hour. The festive season at Boots is one of our most exciting and important times of the year, and it simply couldn’t happen without the energy, warmth and dedication of our store teams. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action, greeting customers with a smile, offering product and gift advice, and creating a memorable experience that keeps customers coming back all year round.
This is a temporary contract with potential for a permanent role later depending on local opportunities. It can be a great start whether you’re new to retail or have experience in customer service and want a fresh challenge.
You will work in a Boots store and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
