About the role:

We are looking to recruit a brand-new team of passionate Children’s Support Workers to work in the Sussex area.

The role of a Children’s Support Worker gives the opportunity to support a child within their family home and in day-to-day activities. This includes interacting with them and enabling them to live their best lives by being able to explore new activities such as going to the park, going swimming, going to scouts clubs and many more!

Our clients have various complex health and learning needs, often supported with their clinical equipment (such as PEG feed, tracheostomy care). We will provide you full specialist clinical training and ongoing support overseen by the Paediatric Team. In addition, the role will involve supporting with personal care needs, moving and handling and medication.

When you’ll be working:

  • Shifts vary depending on package
  • Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Long day, and Waking Nights available
  • Part Time or Full Time available
