As a temporary Children’s Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality care across a range of children’s services, including residential homes, SEN schools, learning disability and challenging behaviour settings, as well as supporting children with more complex care needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting, safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, managing complex behaviours and crisis intervention. You may support them in several ways, from helping with educational development to aiding with personal care, enabling independence and making a positive impact on their daily lives.
