Qualifications

  • Adult & Child Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one).
  • Experience with children or vulnerable adults.
  • Moving & handling training (or willingness to be trained).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

We re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and resilient people to join our friendly team at a well-established Children s Residential Home.

No two days are the same! You ll work a variety of shifts, mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends, in a supportive, 24/7 environment that s all about giving every child the care and opportunities they deserve.

What you ll be doing:

  • Supporting children and young people with SEN in daily routines, learning, and personal growth

  • Encouraging independence, life skills, and positive choices

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment

  • Working closely with a dedicated, experienced team

What you need:

  • Adult & Child Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)

  • Experience with children or vulnerable adults (care, school, or similar)

  • Moving & handling training (or happy to be trained)

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

  • A big heart, lots of patience, and a can-do attitude
