About the Role

We’re looking for caring, reliable and passionate Childrens Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a part-time night shift contract (3 nights per week, 30 hours).

Shifts run 9pm 7am, supporting children and young people aged 3‑18 with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex needs.

This is a respite service, meaning young people may stay with us for as little as 2 hours or up to 14 nights, giving their parents valuable time to rest and recharge. The home features an on‑site sensory room, and the team regularly runs activities and events to keep young people engaged, stimulated and supported throughout their stay.

Every shift is different; you might be supporting bedtime routines, providing emotional reassurance or helping create a calm, positive and nurturing environment overnight.
