No two days are the same! As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll:
A relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable but not essential — full training provided.
💰 Competitive pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type)
🎓 Comprehensive training: 21 online modules + in‑person courses in safeguarding, trauma‑informed practice, and positive behaviour support, PACE training too!
