A children's support organization in the UK is seeking passionate Children's Support Workers to provide trauma-informed care to young people. The role involves building trusting relationships and encouraging healthy routines, while also supporting education and activities. Ideal candidates should have experience with children, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to manage varied shifts. No two days are the same! As a Children's Support Worker, you'll:
Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)? Full UK driving licence and access to a car? Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience? Flexibility for varied shifts (including weekends, sleep‑ins, and waking nights)? A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one), A relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable but not essential – full training provided.

Competitive pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type).
