Job summary

A leading children's care provider in Leicester is seeking a dynamic Home Manager to launch and lead a new residential home for young individuals with SEMH and complex needs. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, have at least 1 year of managerial experience in a children's home, and be confident with Ofsted requirements. Qualifications

You will need :
