We are seeking a Band 4 Child Health Promotion Advisor to join our fantastic team within a Centralised Contact Duty Hub in various locations across Cheshire East, Knowsley, St Helens and Wirral - permanent position. About us

You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. As part of the 0-19+ / 0-25 Services with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide includes Health Visiting and School nursing. You will be delivering public health advice and person centred packages of care via virtual contacts. You will be working in partnership with Local Authorities and other stakeholders across Cheshire East, Wirral, St Helens and Knowsley to take the local children's agenda forward.
