A healthcare trust in Plymouth seeks a Children's Community Nurse to provide specialist care for children with complex needs. The role involves working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and supervising tasks to support children's health in various settings. Applicants must be a degree-level registered nurse with NMC registration and recent clinical experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy Children's Community Nursing Team as a Children's Community Nurse. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of working across different environments to meet diverse service user need. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working as an autonomous practitioner and gaining knowledge across an array of specialties, strengthening multi-professional working relationships. It is a role whereby excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and professional curiosity is paramount.
