About the Company

This research-led SaaS company is transforming the content / social media industry with its proprietary AI. With an established commercial teams they arenow focused on scaling their enterprise revenue model further through the release of new products and expansion into APAC and the US.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, senior leadership role taking full ownership of the commercial function - sales, CS, marketing, and rev ops. You’ll work directly with the CEO and lead a lean, focused team through the next phase of growth.

  • Own the full revenue funnel: pipeline creation to retention and expansion
  • Build structure into forecasting, sales operations, and performance metrics
  • Lead select key enterprise accounts and high-value renewals personally
  • Be a daily presence in team performance, coaching and supporting the team
  • Create clarity in goals, accountability, and cultural alignment
About You

Senior commercial, growth, or operations leader with SaaS experience in a high-growth startup / scale-up environment.

PhD educated

Strong operator : highly structured, organised, and outcomes-driven

You lead from the front and enjoy being in the details
