Requirements

• Significant experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic advisory role.
• Experience in management consulting, PE operating roles, or high-growth industrial / services environments.
• Exposure to engineered products, industrial services, water / wastewater, environmental services, or missioncritical field services is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional workstreams and delivering complex initiatives under time pressure.
• Strong operational management and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
