Job description

Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust are seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join their executive team as Chief Medical Officer. Formed from the merger of Kingston Hospital and Hounslow & Richmond Community Healthcare in 2024, they are an integrated provider - bringing together acute and community services to support diverse communities across South West London.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-performing, values-driven organisation at a time of renewal. As Chief Medical Officer, you will provide senior professional leadership to their medical workforce, oversee clinical quality and patient safety, and act as executive sponsor for research, education and digital transformation. You will help them realise the full benefits of integration - developing seamless care pathways, championing prevention and neighbourhood-based care, and ensuring a strong clinical voice in system-wide decision making.

They are seeking a respected clinician with strategic vision, inclusive leadership and a strong track record of improvement in complex healthcare settings. You will be collaborative, compassionate, and able to inspire clinicians across both hospital and community services.

If you are motivated by clinical excellence, innovation and the chance to influence health and care across South West London, please contact Beth Stickney beth.stickney@alumniglobal.com or Tom Patterson thomas.patterson@alumniglobal.com
