A charitable organization in the UK is seeking a Chief Finance Officer to enhance financial leadership and sustainability. The role requires providing strategic guidance to the CEO and overseeing a finance team to ensure high-quality planning, budgeting, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in senior finance roles within organizations generating over £20m annually, and experience leading teams in a complex setting. The position is primarily home-based with required travel to London and other regions.
Victim Support are currently recruiting for a Chief Finance Officer. This is a full time role and is home-based however, you will need to work regularly with colleagues in London and The Midlands and you will need to be able to travel comfortably to London within a day. Regular travel across England and Wales will also be required.
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Victim Support's future. Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of around 15, you will ensure the charity's financial sustainability and provide expert leadership across all areas of finance.
