Beyond driving, we also lead initiatives such as ShopMobility UK and the Hubs Mobility Advice Service, extending our support to those who cannot or choose not to drive. Working closely with government departments, healthcare providers and partner charities, we promote best practice, ensure national standards and champion mobility for all.

Dear Candidate,
Thank you for your interest in the Chief Executive Officer role at Driving Mobility. This is an important moment for the organisation as we continue to strengthen and develop the services that help disabled and older people across the United Kingdom stay mobile and independent.
Driving Mobility is a national membership organisation and the umbrella body for a network of driving assessment centres. Each centre provides specialist assessments and advice for people with medical conditions or mobility challenges, as well as for older drivers, passengers and children. We work closely with the Department for Transport (in England), DVLA, DVSA, Motability and a wide range of partners in the charity, health and transport sectors.
The incoming Chief Executive Officer will play a key role in securing long‑term funding from government and agencies across the UK and ensuring that our network of centres continues to deliver the highest standards of professional and ethical practice.
