Chief Executive Officer

Woman’s Trust is a leading specialist mental health charity supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse. As we approach Woman’s Trust’s 30th anniversary in 2026, we are entering a pivotal period of growth, transformation and national ambition.

With a dedicated team of 45 staff, strong financial foundations, and a deeply committed Board of Trustees, we are now poised to shape a bold new strategy—and scale the impact nationally.

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead Woman’s Trust into this next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to guide a respected organisation whose work is not only transformative, but often life‑saving.

As CEO, you will:
  • Champion Woman’s Trust’s voice in policy, public campaigns and mental health advocacy
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership
  • Strengthen and expand partnerships across sectors

  • Ensure services remain responsive, innovative and rooted in survivor experience
