A prominent NHS organisation in Scotland is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to provide decisive leadership and strategic direction. NHS Fife is seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to be appointed as its next Chief Executive.
This is a pivotal opportunity to lead one of Scotland’s largest territorial NHS Boards, serving a population of 374,760 people and employing around 9,500 staff, at a time of significant challenge, reform and opportunity for health and care services.
As Chief Executive, you will provide visible, compassionate and decisive leadership to the organisation, working closely with the Board, Executive Team, partners and communities to deliver safe, high-quality and sustainable services. You will set clear strategic direction, drive improvement, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion and continuous learning.
