A leading healthcare provider in York is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their cancer care nursing team. This role offers full training in chemotherapy and the opportunity to work both in an out-patient unit and mobile chemotherapy unit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing patient-centered care and will have a current NMC PIN. With a base and training at York Oncology/Haematology Outpatients, there will be an opportunity to experience training in an area providing full elite care to those affected by cancer and its treatments.
The role includes supporting the Mobile Chemotherapy Unit (MCU) Team. The MCU visits satellite areas, such as Selby, Malton, Scarborough and Bridlington. This patient-centred initiative brings cancer treatments locally to the patient.
