Looking for a Chef Manager job in Southampton with great work-life balance? Mayflower Court is hiring an experienced Chef Manager / Kitchen Manager to lead our friendly catering team and deliver high-quality meals for our 72 residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the kitchen team

  • Manage food safety, hygiene standards, stock, and ordering
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient care home kitchen operation
