A leading golf and leisure company in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager. This role involves preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high service standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of culinary experience and relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or equivalent. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for community involvement and continuous improvement of food service quality.
Responsible for the entire food preparation for the golf course in the absence of the head chef; manages kitchen co-workers, maintains excellence in quality and guest/member relations.
