Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up.
  • Genuine love of cooking and attention to detail.
  • Calm head under pressure and a drive to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to menu development with seasonal and creative ideas.
  • Help train and guide junior kitchen staff.
