We\'re looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team.
Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London\'s best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside of the box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Currently running at 2-3%, we achieve this through fermenting, pickling and reusing our bi-waste where possible.
We\'re looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.
