Overview

We’re on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade at one of Marylebone’s most exciting openings — a buzzing Mediterranean restaurant with a wood-fired soul and a Michelin Star kitchen.

This is modern cooking rooted in old-world techniques. Think whole fish grilled over open flames, delicate pasta rolled fresh each day, and confident, flavour-forward small plates designed to let the ingredients do the talking.
