• A year’s experience in catering is preferred.
• Working knowledge of health & safety is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work under the Head Chef to create a nutritious menu.
• Oversee an area of the kitchen to prepare meals to the highest standard.
• Develop and review the menu with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
