We're looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team. You'll support exceptional food service for Brentford GTech Community Stadium, a state-of-the-art conference and events venue and home of Brentford FC. If you're a Chef de Partie with the skills to exceed guests' expectations with high-end food production and service then this is the role for you!

The role
  • Ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class catering product to our clients and customers
  • Maintaining food quality and presentation standards for all menu content
  • Resolving potential complaints and customer comments in a positive manner
  • Utilising the procurement system for ordering and receiving of products and stock control
  • Assisting in the running of the food offer for all areas
  • Managing and supporting a large and diverse team of variable hourly chefs and kitchen porters - helping to build positive team morale
  • Assisting the Head chef with managing the performance of the casual workforce and culinary team, and delivering a first-class catering offer to clients and guests
  • Ensuring that the Company Health & Safety and Food Safety Policies are adhered to at all times within their own area of control
