Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy luxury hotel in the Maidenhead area. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at ideally AA Rosette standard as you will prepare meals for the fine dining restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for chefs keen to learn and develop new skills in a supprtive kitchen envrionment. As Chef de Partie you will support the Head & Sous Chef in the running of service and will prepare meals for the restaurant. You will work 45 hours a week with straight shifts.
