Salary: From £31,000 per annum (depending on experience) + tips

Contract Type: Permanent

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes.
  • Working with locally sourced produce to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Bringing enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "can-do" attitude to a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • A commitment to teamwork, consistency, and high standards.
  • Food hygiene awareness or relevant certification (preferred but not essential).
