As a Chef de Partie at Grosvenor Casino - Merchant City, you'll be the kitchen superstar, in charge of keeping the culinary magic alive!

From prepping ingredients to mastering the art of sauce-making, your role is vital to ensuring each dish hits the right note. Your tasks are diverse and essential for the kitchen's smooth operation.

A key part of your role involves preparing the daily mis-en-place; this preparation work is crucial for efficient service, allowing chefs to quickly assemble dishes according to the menu's requirements. Additionally, you'll be responsible for food production across different sections of the main kitchen.
