Chef de Partie — GAIA London

GAIA is a refined Greek-Mediterranean dining concept celebrating the warmth of Greek hospitality and the elegance of modern cuisine. Following our global success in Dubai, Monaco, and Doha, GAIA London continues the tradition with an exceptional culinary experience in the heart of Mayfair. We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our back-of-house team. You’ll work closely with our senior chefs to deliver beautifully presented dishes, uphold the highest kitchen standards, and bring a sense of pride and creativity to every service.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and present dishes to GAIA’s exacting standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene across your section.
  • Support menu execution, stock control, and daily preparation.
  • Carry out regular temperature checks and accurate record-keeping.
  • Train and support junior team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up in a high-end or high-volume restaurant.
  • A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine and premium ingredients.
  • Excellent organisation, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • A desire to grow and develop within a world-class hospitality group.
