Qualifications

  • Previous experience of maintaining standards within a catering department according to Health & Safety and Food Safety Act.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting.

  • City & Guilds 706 (1&2) Food Preparation or equivalent and an intermediary food hygiene certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience of maintaining standards within a catering department according to Health & Safety and Food Safety Act.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
