Location: 227 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0. . Hours : Part-time (including early mornings and weekends). . Duties:. . Prepare and cook a small, quality-focused breakfast and brunch menu. . . Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.. . Manage prep, cooking, and plating during morning service.. . Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.. . Stock rotation, labeling, and minimizing food waste.. . Requirements:. Experience cooking breakfast/brunch in a café, restaurant, or similar.. . Knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen hygiene.. .
