A vibrant hotel in Crewe is seeking a Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.70, equating to up to £26,517.60 annually. Located in the heart of Crewe, our hotel is all about personality and style – and we want your creativity to shine in the kitchen.

As Sous Chef, you’ll step up when the Head Chef is away, keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every dish is served with flair. You’ll take the lead on placing orders, creating weekly specials, and maintaining top standards with HACCP and date labelling. Your ability to run a service confidently will make you an essential part of our vibrant team.
