Make a difference every day. Join Charity Link and help support life‑changing causes like Guide Dogs!
Guide Dogs is a charity dedicated to helping people with sight loss live the life they choose. Through a wide range of services, both with and without dogs, the organisation supports individuals of all ages and their families to live independently and confidently. Funded almost entirely by donations, Guide Dogs is the world’s largest assistance dog organisation and the UK’s only breeder and trainer of guide dogs. Its expert teams, volunteers, and life‑changing dogs work together to make every day brighter for those affected by sight loss. Your mission? Inspire members of the public to support charities like this through regular giving.
Working at pre‑booked locations such as supermarkets, shopping centres, and events, you’ll engage with the public, have meaningful conversations, and encourage people to sign up for monthly donations. This role is all about genuine, face‑to‑face fundraising with purpose.
We’re hiring full‑time and part‑time fundraisers. You’ll work smart hours, for example 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm, with a requirement to work two weekends per month (either two Saturdays or two Sundays). The schedule is based on a five‑day working week.
Join Charity Link as a face‑to‑face fundraiser and be part of a company with over 30 years of experience supporting some of the nation’s most respected charities. You’ll work with passionate, experienced teams and receive excellent training, career progression opportunities, and rewards beyond just financial. If you’re confident, resilient, and enjoy talking to people, this role is full of variety, challenges, and the chance to connect with inspiring people every day.
At Charity Link, we believe that diverse teams drive stronger results, foster innovation, and create a more inclusive world. We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve and ensuring that everyone—regardless of background, identity, or lived experience—feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. Equity and fairness are at the heart of our recruitment process. We actively seek to remove barriers, challenge bias, and provide equal opportunities for all candidates. Whether you’re new to the sector or bringing years of experience, we welcome passionate individuals who share our commitment to making a difference.
