A healthcare trust in Cramlington is seeking a dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual, pastoral, and religious support for patients, staff, and visitors. The role includes developing high-quality Chaplaincy services, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and supervising training for volunteers. Candidates must have a degree or equivalent, be licensable by their faith group, and possess substantial pastoral experience. The position offers a flexible full-time contract with a competitive salary ranging from £38,682 to £46,580.
