This is an exciting opportunity and time to join our Transformation specialists on a 12-month fixed term / secondment as a Change Manager. You will work with the No7 Beauty Company Transformation Programme team, committed to transitioning the much loved beauty brands business to new operating model that enables successful delivery of long term growth plans.
We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to lead the people agenda for change in the strategic transformation of our No7 Beauty Company operating model. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of capabilities, behaviours and culture that successfully enable new structures, and adoption of new ways of working including governance, processes, data and technologies across our global beauty business. You will work with the programme team, cross‑functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners to embed change that creates long term sustainable value, with care for the strategic ambition.
