The Change Manager will be an integral part of the Change Management Office who support the business through change and create change culture. Ideally with experience of the implementation of an a new ERP platform (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle), transitioning from multiple legacy systems into one platform.
The role will include using change management strategies as part of a centre of excellence to increase business engagement through effective communication, manage resistance to change, increasing adoption and to support the delivery of measurable value.
