Overview

The interactive division has seen rapid growth over the last 5 years and we’re looking for a Change and Release Manager to bring structure, consistency, and control to how we manage changes and releases across the interactive business. This role is pivotal in ensuring that updates‑whether content, configuration, or platform‑are delivered smoothly, securely, and with full accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Remote Team Management: Line management of a small team of Release Engineers in our Kochi, India office. Responsibilities include performance oversight, process adherence, day‑to‑day leadership, and fostering collaboration. Occasional travel to Kochi required.
  • Change Management Leadership: Own and evolve the change management processes across all interactive markets. Provide final sign off for all changes.
  • Release Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee releases across platforms and services, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum transparency.
  • Audit & Compliance: Lead audits related to change and release processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external standards.
  • Configuration Oversight: Manage configuration changes and ensure robust controls are in place to prevent errors and maintain system integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine change and release processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support business growth. Recommending actions to Senior Management where needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product, content, technology, and market teams to ensure alignment and readiness for changes and releases.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of changes, releases, and associated approvals. Provide regular reporting to leadership.
Skills and Qualifications

Essential experience: Digital Gaming experience. Strong writing and verbal skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability to build relationships at all levels. Diligent with high integrity, organisational skills, motivated self‑starter, genuine.

Desirable experience: Proven track record in similar role 2+ years. Some evidence of achieving and exceeding targets. Knowledge of RNG products. Knowledge of Sports Betting products. Prepared to work unsociable hours on occasion. Available for travel to the UK office location as required.
