The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining cleanliness, and carrying out repairs on various vehicles. The successful candidate will also support staff recruitment and training, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Job description

Hours : The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
  • To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
  • To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
  • Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
  • Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
  • Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
  • Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
  • To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
  • To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
  • The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
  • Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
  • The role reports directly to the Centre Manager
