Center of Excellence Manager - London (Legal Sector) Permanent | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary

An international law firm with a strong presence across Europe and the US is seeking a Center of Excellence Manager to join its London office. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across the firm's European offices, with a particular focus on London and Paris.

Reporting to the Director of the Center of Excellence for Continuous Improvement, the successful candidate will oversee post-implementation support, enhance user adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and financial performance. The role involves close collaboration with legal and business stakeholders, innovation teams, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead post-implementation support and ensure successful integration of new technologies and processes
  • Drive user engagement through enablement strategies and feedback mechanisms
  • Manage issue resolution workflows and liaise with BAU teams and vendors
  • Deliver cross-functional initiatives to improve people, processes, and technology
  • Track KPIs and assess ROI to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Support change readiness and stakeholder engagement across the firm
  • Present initiative progress and outcomes to executive leadership
