Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded private hospital in North London, who are seeking an experienced CBT Therapist to join their permanent clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional with strong expertise in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) to provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group CBT sessions, with a strong focus on OCD presentations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with hospital policy and professional standards.
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • BABCP accreditation (or eligibility for accreditation).
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering CBT for OCD.
  • Previous experience within inpatient or private hospital settings is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport quickly.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
