Job summary

A leading mental health hospital in North London is seeking a qualified CBT Therapist to support the delivery of both inpatient and outpatient therapy programmes for a range of mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and at least three years of experience. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £45,000 per annum and a variety of benefits including 33 days annual leave and access to CPD.

Overview

A CBT Therapist is sought to join a leading mental health hospital in the Southgate, North London area. This role is with one of the UK’s leading health care providers and involves working with a broad range of mental health difficulties including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, and OCD.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of acute mental health inpatient and outpatient group therapy programmes and deliver individual therapy to both outpatients and inpatients.
  • Facilitate specialist psycho-educational and relapse prevention therapy groups, conduct individual sessions, and complete assessments and treatment plans for a range of patients.
  • Ensure 60% of contracted hours are clinical face-to-face.
  • Operate with a blended approach of both face-to-face and remote working.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma/degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with full BACBP accreditation.
  • At least three years post-qualification experience working with a range of adult mental health issues (preferred).
  • Ability to provide CBT and other NICE-recommended interventions on a 1:1 or group basis.
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £45,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
