Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams.
• Oversee all in-unit catering operations.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager about KPIs.
• Maintain a positive brand image.
• Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams.
• Support and train teams ensuring excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards.
